Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
